About this Event

ALIGN. LENGTHEN. REFINE.

Inspired by the original Pilates method, this form-first mat Pilates class blends precision, control and a subtle, steady burn.

This 45-minute session moves at a slower, more intentional pace, allowing you to connect with each movement, refine your technique, and build strength through alignment and control. Expect a steady burn, without needing to rush.

All levels are welcome.

What to bring: Water + a mat or towel. If you need a mat provided, please let us know prior to class.
