Explore the flavors of Spain through its rich and deeply regional food culture. We’ll taste six Spanish cheeses and three regional wines, with thoughtfully chosen pairings of charcuterie, conservas, olives, and other classic tapas-style accompaniments.

You'll learn what makes classics like Manchego special, and as well as try a few unexpected treats. From the green Atlantic north to the sunny Mediterranean coast, Spain produces an extraordinary range of cheeses, wines, and preserved foods shaped by its varied landscapes and local traditions.
