About this Event
The Classic City Juneteenth Music & Arts Fest is a vibrant, community-centered celebration honoring the legacy of Juneteenth through music, culture, art, food, wellness, education, and Black economic empowerment.
Hosted by the Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement and United GA Entertainment, the festival will take place on June 20th from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Georgia Square Mall in Athens.
This dynamic event is designed to bring together families, local residents, artists, performers, entrepreneurs, food vendors, community organizations, and cultural leaders for an unforgettable day of unity, culture, and celebration.
In 2025, the Classic City Juneteenth Music & Arts Festival attracted hundreds of attendees from Athens and across Georgia for a powerful celebration of freedom, creativity, community, and Black excellence.
This year, we’re doing it again — bigger, bolder, and even more impactful.
Vendor Opportunities
Vendor spaces are available for:

- Food Vendors & Trucks: At this time, we already have a Jamaican cuisine and artisan vendor confirmed and are not accepting additional vendors in that category. We are still accepting a all other food vendors and encourage interested vendors to apply.

Black & Minority Business Marketplace

African Dance & Cultural Experience
Experience the beauty and rhythm of African culture through interactive dance sessions, live drumming, and community participation celebrating heritage, movement, and freedom.
Community Art Experience
Take part in collaborative community art activities designed to inspire creativity, storytelling, healing, and cultural expression for all ages.
