Join me for a festive class of beautiful cupcakery and make your own set of gorgeous cupcakes for the Christmas season!
What we will cover:
Using embossing mats to create texture and design
Using specialised cutters
Shaping and moulding sugar
Creating domes for your cupcakes
Manipulating sugar for speical effects
Creating edible bows
Painting with edible paint
You will have the opportunity to work with a number of different technqiues and effects to produce a truly perfect set of Christmas cupcakes.
You will take home four lovely Christmas cupcakes and a full worksheet with step-by-step instructions.
All the equipment, tools and edible materials you need will be provided for you to use during the class.
