Join us for an empowering in-person workshop designed to awaken your natural healing abilities and deepen your spiritual connections. We will be diving into Reiki 1 techniques and awakening your natural native healing that is unique to YOU.Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. It involves the channeling of universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands to support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. In this class, you'll learn techniques to heal yourself energetically and spiritually.
Reiki 1 focuses on the self and foundational practices. Self care, self work, self healing.
Reiki 2 focuses on healing others, distance healing, and building on your foundational practices.
Reiki 3 focuses on mastery and teaching. (this is where you become a Reiki Master)
