Woman's Self Defense Class in Woodland Park. Just $10 for all ladies and their daughters 12+. In today's environment it is definitely time to understand your surroundings and how to help you not become a victim. Learn from a woman instructor with over 20 years of experience. This is our second class because the first one was full. The ladies had a great time and learned a lot. We want to begin a monthly ongoing class as well. This will help keep the information current in your mind and build muscle memory.
