Flow in the green grass for a grounding and invigorating vinyasa practice with Janie, E-RYT-500, YACEP, followed by the soothing resonance of savasana with sound bowls under the open sky. Class meets monthly in Cheesman Park near the 9th and Humboldt entrance with shade and sun options.
