that it means that it is something to run from. However, this is not entirely true. In this class
learn how fear is actually a feeling that works very closely to your intuition and discernment
along with breaking self-defeating cycles between procrastination and perfectionism. Learn
how to respond to others rather than just react as well as the power of stories and how to use
stories we tell ourselves to heal hurts that have happened to us or we cause to others. We will
also get into how to create a space for others stories without creating stress or overwhelm for
you.
