This class will also help you identify and avoid moments of self-sabotage. Other topics that will be covered will be making a commitment, and learning to understand self-sabotage. There will also be information on dealing with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, relationship conflicts, unhealthy coping mechanisms, defensiveness, and refusal of help.
