Leanne with Sumac Studios is coming November 14, 2026 to teach the Clam Up zipper bags. We will be making the size Large. Kits include
foam stabilizer
zipper
two fat quarters
pattern
microtex sewing needle
Sewists need:
Sewing machine, bobbins, etc
thread based on matching preferences
Pins or clips
fabric marking tool or erasable pen
scissors (might also bring "old" scissors for cutting the zipper)
rotary cutter
The shop has on hand, however if you want to cut/iron at your station, please bring:
Ruler - 6.5" x 24.5" works best

ironing mat
Fee: $80.00, fee is reduced to $75.00 if you pay by cash or check.
