Join us for Claire’s Breast Cancer Benefit on Sunday, May 31st from 2–7 PM at the Washington VFW (300 Zinser Place, Washington, IL). This event brings the community together for a great cause, featuring live music from Tripping Knives, Over Easy, and Java (James Herr and Ava Easter acoustic duo), with more to be announced.
Enjoy a spaghetti dinner for $20 per plate, participate in a silent auction (no need to be present to win), and support Claire through donations at the door.
Come out for a day of support, music, and community as we rally around Claire.
Claire recently received a devastating diagnosis of breast cancer and is beginning what will be a challenging, but hopeful treatment journey. As of March 24, 2026, at the age of 35, she was diagnosed with triple-negative invasive ductal carcinoma. She is working closely with her medical team to move quickly into treatment, which includes chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and surgery.
