CLAIRE HAMILL BAND live in concert.
Sunday 6 September 2026 at 3pm & 6.30pm.
A pioneering British singer-songwriter, Claire Hamill’s career spans over five decades, moving between folk, rock, ambient and progressive music.
Signed to Island Records at just 17, she went on to collaborate with Steve Howe, Jon & Vangelis, Ray Davies and Wishbone Ash, while releasing a string of acclaimed solo albums including the groundbreaking 'Voices' (1986).
She has toured with John Martyn, Procol Harum, Jethro Tull and King Crimson.
Now fronting the Claire Hamill Band, she continues to create adventurous new music beginning with the single Melting Into Water on the compilation 'Travelling Light' in 2025, followed later in the same year by the band’s debut album of new material, 'Troubadour.'
“A true pioneer, she’s effortlessly moved between folk, rock, ambient and progressive soundscapes.” – Prog Magazine.
“Probably the best singer you’ve never heard.” – MOJO Magazine.
Happy Trails.
