Fit Fam and Company! We are gearing up for our Annual MURPH Challenge Charity Workout Event on Saturday, May 23rd. You, your neighbors, and friends are invited! This event is open to both members and non-members of CKF. Join us for a GREAT CAUSE! We will be kicking off waves every 15 minutes starting at 7am out to a final wave out at 10am. We will be hosting the RX division along with a scaled “mini Murph” with additional workout modifications available. EVERYONE is welcome! Our Coaches will be helping assist, modify, and motivate you along the way!
We are asking everyone for a $10 donation OR t-shirt/tank top purchase (pre orders only order link below.) All proceeds will be donated to support our local Veterans Path to Hope and their amazing organization. (Algonquin/CL)
Rally the troops!! Stand tall, as we honor and remember those who fought for us. Invite your friends and let’s all have some fun!
