Tournament Information:
Sign up with your team of 3 players or as a free agent to get placed on a team. Teams of 3 will play against other teams of 3. Based on teams wins and loses as well as total points, your team will be placed in seeded playoffs
- Depending on the amount of teams signed up, 3-4 pool play games, + 1 guaranteed playoff game*
Womens Grass 3s: This tournament is for full teams of 3 women to register and is played on a women's net. Women are the primary hitters.
*men NOT allowed to sub! Women identifying individuals only *

Tournament Division Options:
One division (recommend players to be at BB/A level) 🙂
Women's team consists of 3 females
~If you do not have a team, you can sign up as a free agent in hopes of being picked up by another team in the tournament.
Grass 3s Rules:
- All pool play: two games to 21 (capped at 23).- subject to change from CK staff
- Roster: Roster maximum of 4 players
Players that start a game, must finish that game unless they are injured. See subbing rules below.
- Only the serving order must rotate — players may line up anywhere on court.
- No cleats or spikes permitted. Players may wear gym shoes or go barefoot.
- Players may set the serve on any first ball over
- Let serves do not count. A serve hitting the net is dead — point goes to the receiving team.
- No open hand tips (must be closed fist or knuckle)
- No side sets over the net — When the ball is set into the opponent's court, the setter's shoulders must be squared up (forwards or backwards) to the line of flight of the ball.
- A block does not count as a touch (same as indoor rules).
- Side Changes: Teams should switch sides of the court after every 7 points in games to 17 or more.
- Time Outs: Each team is allowed two 30 second timeouts per game

SUBS:
We don’t allow subbing within a game/set. You can start different lineups each game, but you can only replace a player during a game if there’s been an injury. If a player leaves due to injury, they are finished for that match and can not return until next match
