HUGE shoutout to the VIP gang for hosting our FIRST EVER, 2nd quarter, CJ'z Foundation Fundraiser!!!
This tournament is based from CJ'z Downtown Billiards most successful benefit tournament format with a few tweaks. We gave it a great trial at Legacy, and was mostly smooth sailing! Let's run it again. The CJ'z Foundation board will be meeting soon to discuss notes, making adjustments, and start moving some boulders, so ya'll make sure to let us know your thoughts! We will be making adjustments as needed along the way. Bear with us as we all navigate this new path.
Last time, I said this "Together, we are creating something great, and we are excited to do that with all of you!!!", and meant it... we paid out $3200 to the players, and you guys STILL kicked this wonderful thing off with $3120 to The CJ'z Foundation fund!!!
This month we are adding in a 50/50 raffle to benefit St. Jude's, as well as a percentage of silent auction. Tickets will be $5 each or 5 for $20 & we will draw that day
We are looking for items to be raffled or bid during silent auction. Contact us if you have items you would like to donate.

We will not put a cap on teams currently. That may be something we look at in the future. Depending on team attendance, we may alter the races for the sake of time.
Doors will open at 11am... Auction at 12pm

Entry fee will be $100 per team.
$50 “green fee” (100% donated by Host to CJ'z Foundation)
$50 to payout
** 15% of auction pot will go to donation
H11/12 race to 5
H9/10 race to 4
H8- race to 3
Drop 1 on losers side UNLESS playing a team going to 3
Double Elimination
*Take what you make on the break
*8 on the break is a win
*Jumping allowed with playing cue
*Winner break/loser rack
*1 timeout per rack
Even if you don't play, come have fun, hang out, have a bite, just come support each other... it IS the literal reason we're building this :)
Handicaps will be based from APA 8ball ratings. Please contact us early if you do not know or do not have an APA handicap.
**APA handicap will be used as a base line, but CJ'z Foundation Tournament Director has final say on all handicaps.**
