It's back, and it's bigger. After last year's sell-out, the City Wellness Retreat returns with a full day built for one thing: putting you back together.

A wellness retreat in the heart of the city - blending movement, mindfulness, and modern recovery in a beautifully curated environment.

This is a reset for the body and mind, all wrapped in Padel Social Club's signature social style.

Your ticket includes:

A morning that wakes the body
Açai bowls, coffee and cold-pressed juice on arrival, followed by a choice of mindful movement sessions - pilates, gentle stretch, breathwork and meditation, rotating throughout the morning.

Padel, your way
Skills clinics open through the late morning for anyone who wants to get on court between sessions.

Nourishment with a side of conversation
A buffet-style lunch, followed by a seated panel discussion on the theme of longevity - a host and a panel of leading voices in modern wellness and health.

Recovery, done properly
The afternoon opens up into a full menu of healing and recovery - reiki, crystal healing, sound baths, ice baths and sauna, rooftop massage, small-group sessions and a facials and pamper area.

Goodbyes with a goodie bag
Send-off treats from VOSS, Joe & the Juice, Kallø and Cowshed before the courts are released.
