The Waltham Recycling Department is hosting a 'Zero Waste Day' event on April 12th at Nipper Maher Park (65 Dartmouth Street). Waltham residents only - proof of residency required.**Only these items will be accepted:
Paper to be Shredded
Car Tires (No Rims)
CFL Bulbs & CFL Tubes (No longer than 8ft)
Button Batteries (Small mercury devices)
Bicycles (Used in working condition)
Computer Monitors, Laptops & TV’s (No Computer cords, keyboards, or towers)
Glasses for Lions Club Waltham (Prescription Eye Glasses only)
Cell Phones for Soldiers (Any model of cell phone or condition)
Scrap Metal
Textiles for CMRK (Clothing)
**Any Propane Tanks (Empty or not) and Small Household Appliances will NOT be accepted.
