Join us for a family-friendly cleanup along the bike trail leading down to the Diestelhorst Bridge! This is a great opportunity to care for a space that’s getting ready to become an important new community trail connection.
We’ll be working at Phu:rus Topi — a Wintu phrase meaning “a place of heart and reflection.” This area is being shaped into a welcoming trail gateway where neighbors, families, students, and visitors can pause, connect, and enjoy the river corridor.
🧤 What to expect:
• Light litter pickup and trail care
• Flat, accessible terrain
• Kid-friendly and great for families
• A relaxed, welcoming pace
👟 What to bring:
• Closed-toed shoes
• Comfortable clothes for the weather
• Your own gloves or grabbers if you have them (supplies will also be available)
This is a chance to support a space that’s meant to be enjoyed again and again by our community — and to work alongside partners who care deeply about safe, connected, people-focused streets and trails.
