The River Region’s Largest Veterans Day Celebration
Join us as we transform five full blocks of historic Dexter Avenue into the River Region’s biggest Veterans Day event — a lunchtime block party and community resource fair honoring veterans, active duty service members, guardsmen, reservists, and their families.
This energizing celebration brings together military support organizations, nonprofits, businesses, and the entire community to uplift and recognize those who have served.
Vendor & Resource Provider Registration
Nonprofit Organizations / Community Resources – FREE
We welcome all nonprofits, community programs, veteran service organizations, and military‑support resources to host a table at no cost. Registration is required so we can map booth placements along Dexter Avenue.
For‑Profit Businesses – $50 Participation Fee
Businesses may register for a vendor space for a $50 fee, which directly supports feeding veterans and their families through our event voucher system with local food trucks and downtown restaurants.
What Vendors Receive
All registered vendors — nonprofit or business — will be provided:
• One 6‑ft folding table
• Two folding chairs
• A designated booth space within the event layout
You are encouraged to bring:
• A 10x10 pop‑up tent
• Tablecloths
• Branded materials, displays, and any items needed to represent your organization or business
