Join us for the Black History Celebration - Walking To Freedom: From Struggle and Strength.
This event is hosted by the Florissant Art Commission at the Florissant Performing Arts Center with guest speaker Ivan Carter and Emcee by Taylor Harris of Channel 2 News.
The event is free to attend and will feature music from the following artists: Anita Jackson, Gloria Jean Vann, Heal For The Arts Band, Kim Fuller, Myles Lacey, St. Louis Community Gospel Choir, and Wendy L. Gordon.
There will also be poetry and trivia from Top Teens of America St. Louis Chapter and a dance performance from Point of Surrender Dance Company.
