Kalamazoo City Commission will be taking public comment on the proposed rezoning of the land adjacent to the northwest border of Asylum Lake Preserve. The rezoning request is for Community Commercial zoning. Show up in person if you can, prepared for a long meeting. The city decided to remain at City Hall for the location, but will have a few overflow areas to sit if you don't make it in the main chambers. It's important to show up for the future of this land, however, if you can't make it in person they will make remote comment available.Follow along for more details
