Event Information
Welcome to Citadel Under Siege hosted by Civ's Gaming Citadel located in Vernal, UT! This is our 2nd cEDH event and we're ramping up the prizing!
Start Time 10:00 AM Entry Fee $85
Registration
A Topdeck account is free to sign up for. It is required to submit decklists, and view match pairings on the day of the event. YOU MUST have a TopDeck account to be eligible to play.
Each registrant will receive an exclusive Citadel Under Siege Event playmat and select custom tokens.
Rules
LIMITED PROXY EVENT -
No more than 20 proxies are allowed and a list of proxies will need to be submitted at time of arrival to the event.
Any proxies identified not on disclosed proxy list will result in a disqualification. EDIT: proxied basic lands will not count toward the 20 proxy card limit.
All proxies must have "PG-13" art, clear card name, and have obvious markings identifying the card as a proxy.
This tournament has an 20 Player Cap.
Preliminary rounds will be Swiss Pods of 4 and number of rounds determined by number of participants.
Each round will be 80 minutes in length.
After time in the round is called, the game is over after active player finishes their turn. This rule goes away once we cut to top players

Win: 5 points
Draw: 1 point (awarded to all players in the game when time runs out, regardless of who was winning)
Loss: 0 points
Conceding only allowed if entire table agrees to the player's concession.
After Swiss there will be a cut to the top 10 players based on points awarded during the Swiss. 1st and 2nd seed of Swiss rounds will have a top-cut first round bye.
This tournament will utilize the MTR/IPG Addendum (Found HERE) and will be held to Comp REL standards.

More prizing will be added based on the number of players.
1st place will get a Plateau dual land and first pick from the prize card pool.
2nd place will get next pick of the remaining prize pool.
3rd to 8th place will continue to pick from the remaining prize pool one after the other.
