CIS New Iberia: Free Sclerotherapy & Blood Pressure Screening
About this Event
Varicose and spider veins are some of the most common warning signs of vein disease. Vein disease occurs when veins in the legs become weakened or damaged and are unable to efficiently return blood to the heart, causing blood to pool in the legs. Over time, this can lead to painful, swollen veins that may bulge or twist.
CIS New Iberia is hosting a free vein screening on Wednesday, July 22, from 1:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. at 500 North Lewis Street, Suite 100, New Iberia, LA 70563. Get your legs ready for summer and join us for this free vein screening and assessment to see if you may be a good candidate for sclerotherapy treatment - a minimally invasive in-clinic procedure that diminishes the appearance of spider veins.
Guests will receive complimentary blood pressure and thermal imaging screenings. Thermal imaging uses new technology that can detect venous insufficiency, and results will be reviewed on-site by CIS providers.
NOTE: Please wear shorts or pants that can be pulled up above the knee.
Space is limited. Registration is required.
