Note from the Wren the Founder and Artistic Director
“Through 30 years in the industry I’ve learned the importance of developing inner drive and motivation by creating authentic environments for performers and audiences. Younger artists need permission and encouragement to be vulnerable in supportive spaces which allows for brave and thoughtful choices. We cultivate this through breath control imagery informed risk-taking journaling improvisational exercises technique and thought-based play. Our approach enhances conflict resolution skills and promotes self and group awareness; this is essential for developing independently thinking artists of the future.”
