Welcome to Circus for a Cause!
Come one, come all, come play at this spectacular evening at The Medium, A Place to Create in honor of InTRANSitive.
Circus for a cause is a one night event where artists, performers, creatives, and community members will gather in celebration of inTRANSitive, Arkansas's only nonprofit dedicated solely to supporting the rights, dignity, and livelihood of trans people and communities across our state.
Inspired by the concept of embodied craftivism, this event is made possible by local artists of all mediums joining forces to display and donate their craft for the greater good.
This means that all artist work is donated -- all proceeds go directly to InTRANSitive.
This event will be
- All ages, family friendly
- Light snacks & drinks will be available for purchase
- Art, private lessons, and group classes will be available for sale and auction
(during and after event) - Ticketed!
Tickets are a suggested donation of $25 but we welcome sliding scale/pay what you can - no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Come for the circus, stay for the
- 'Play and Learn Station' where attendees can play, learn, or show off their own circus skills directly with the artists
- Photo booth

- Face painting
- Local arts, crafts, and creativity brought to you by Arkansas artists
Event Schedule
Doors open at 6pm
Attendees are free to roam the main hall and enjoy light snacks and beverages (available for purchase) as they listen to live music, enjoy visual art & live/roving performances, bid on auction items, or explore the ‘play and learn’ circus station.
Show starts 7:30pm
This will be a one hour, seated performance which will feature astounding acts and physical feats as NWA circus artists gather together to share their skills in honor of InTRANSitive.
Doors close at 9pm
Following the show, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with the artists and performers and make final bids, purchases, and donations for the evening.
