On Valentine’s morning, join Kelly and David for a two hour experience designed to help couples slow down and reconnect in a way that feels supportive, intentional, and real.This class offers an introduction to Taoist wisdom and the teachings of Mantak Chia. You will explore how breath, attention, and gentle movement can shift the way you relate to yourself and each other. The focus is on nourishment, presence, and learning skills you can return to long after the morning ends.
The experience is fully clothed, grounded in respect and nervous system safety...and totally PG-13 😉 (our website says more)
Time is woven between discussion and practice so you understand not just what you are doing, but why it matters.
Practices include breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, mindful touch, eye gazing, intention setting, and creating a couples altar.
This class also serves as an introduction to a longer four week program beginning soon, for couples who feel called to continue deepening these practices together.
