Conscious Connected Circular Breathwork (CCB): A simple 3 step, active deep breathing session that brings you big results in a short amount of time. If you ever found yourself stuck trying to meditate, but can't seem to connect in a meaningful way, this is a much easier and faster method. Often this breathing technique brings deep emotional release, catharsis, and letting go. Physical and mental rejuvination from stress. Deep exploration of the mind, body, breath and energy. Strong present moment awareness. Learn more on CCB: International Breathwork Foundation.

Loving Kindness Meditation: Grounding meditation after breathwork. Promotes you feeling empowered, secure, and leaving with positve, anchored feelings.

Loving Kindness is traditionally called "The Secret Weapon" to awakening to your true nature. 18 Science-Backed benefits to practice are found here in Psychology Today.

Heart Based Training: Practical skills to help integrate Loving Kindness into your everyday life to generate stronger feelings of connection, belonging, love, peace, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude and freedom from suffering wherever you are.

Certified Breathwork Facilitator: Jason Dean of Aware4All will guide you. Cerfified in Conscious Connected Circular Breathwork, Pranayama, Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness, Meditation, Ice Bath and 1:1, Couples and Group Breathwork Coaching.

Format: Introduction, warm up, intention setting, technique explanation, active circular breathwork (30-45 minutes of deep breathing done lying down on your back), rest phase, guided meditation, grounding, closing, Q and A. Practice is about 90 minutes.

WARNING: This special technique is like a powerful machine that allows you to finally pump out the years of waste plugging up your sewage system. Emotions and traumas can get locked inside the body, nervous system & breath pattern, and this technique can bring you an emotional, mental, physical, & spiritual relief you've been craving. The space that it creates then, is one where infinite positive qualities can grow. Which is why, many feel lighter, happier, clear headed, and free after a session. Get out of your head & into your body. I offer you more safety & comfort than most, as I am

This technique is not only for "spiritual yoga people" -- This is not specific to any religion, belief system, or philosophy. I've worked with construction workers, military vets, counselors, cancer survivors, and people with no to little experience in breathwork, yoga, or meditation. As well as with very spiritual & religiously oriented people. People report having life changing experiences no matter their background. It is for anyone that's willing to BREATHE.

Unforgettable Experiences: the majority of the time, people have a BIG experience of release, sensations, imagery, emotions, insights, a shift in perception, etc., as a recent client told me "All my problems went away, I have no worries this evening, I DON'T GIVE A SH*T ANYMORE!"

Manage Expectations: This of course doesn't mean you won't ever have problems again or I can garauntee a big experience. It is a powerful tool to be used consistently over time when you need it. You still must take responsibility for your life, understand its a practice/skill you can get better at over time, and can't expect magic pills.
