Circling: Trust What Is Here

When things get deeply personal, do you bow out or lean in? If you want to say something weird, do you let yourself? Do you ever lose your compass and determine your actions based on what you think you ought to do, rather than what’s in your heart?

One of the fundamental principles of circling is to trust your experience. If it feels true or right, then we stay with it. We become curious. We’re not attached to having a particular kind of time or saying or doing what is “correct.”

This kind of authenticity is rare and consequently, our muscles are weak from lack of use – but we will strengthen them together!

The goal of Circling is for a group of people to see the world through your eyes, and for you to see the world through other people’s eyes. We flourish under the influence of caring, curious, and non-judgmental attention – and so does the connection between us.
