At this session, we're going to focus on the cornerstone of circling: commitment to connection. We have to be willing to stay open to what we feel with others, but also to receive how others really experience us. We invite into connection everything that is arising between us, including things that we might believe shouldn't be spoken, like anger, disappointment, joy, or desire.By the end of the session, you’re likely to feel more grounded, more open-hearted, peaceful, and connected.
