Circle of Meaning: Conversations

Circle of Meaning is a bi-weekly discussion group for people who want more than small talk. It’s a space to pause, reflect, and share meaningful dialogue in a world that often pulls us toward distraction and surface-level connection.

Every 2 weeks we gather in a supportive circle to explore one deep theme, from self-discovery and the masks we wear, to relationships, purpose, and how we navigate change. The format is simple but powerful: a short practice to ground ourselves after arriving, a guiding theme or question to focus our reflections, time in pairs or small groups for everyone to speak, and a whole-group dialogue where threads are woven together. We close with a short ritual or reflection so people leave feeling centred and connected.

Circle of Meaning is not therapy, and it’s not a lecture. It’s a community of equals, fellow travellers who value listening as much as speaking. The emphasis is on curiosity, presence, and respect. You don’t need prior knowledge of psychology, spirituality, or philosophy to take part; just an openness to engage in honest conversation and to hear others’ perspectives.
