Circle of Hope - Traumatic Brain Injury Support Group

Our brain injury support group brings together people who support a loved one with a brain injury. We created this group for spouses, partners, parents, children, and close friends. You are not alone. We offer a place to share, listen, and learn.
We understand the daily impact of brain injury. Life changes. Roles shift. Questions come fast. Many people feel isolated. This group creates space for connection and support.
WHAT IS THE CIRCLE OF HOPE?
Circle of Hope is led by a team with personal and professional experience:
· A devoted spouse and caregiver of a brain injury survivor
· A certified athletic trainer and concussion specialist
· A board-certified neuropsychologist
· A trial lawyer specializing in brain injury cases
We bring different perspectives. We share one goal. We want to support families and caregivers. The Ortega Firm proudly sponsors this group and provides the meeting space.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Circle of Hope welcomes anyone affected by a loved one’s brain injury. The cause may include:
· Traumatic injury
· Stroke
· Illness
· Medical condition
· Other causes
You do not need a diagnosis label to attend. If brain injury affects your life, you are welcome.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each meeting offers a safe and respectful space. Participants can:
· Share experiences
· Ask questions
· Learn practical strategies
· Connect with others who understand
There is no pressure to speak. You can listen and take in what feels helpful.

We meet once each month on the second Tuesday.
