Circle of Calm is a slow, grounding gathering at Mould —An Art Space, designed to help the mind settle and the body exhale.

Through mandala coloring and soft, unstructured conversation, participants are invited to step out of urgency and into stillness. The act of coloring becomes a meditation—repetitive, intuitive, and freeing. There is no right way to fill the page, just as there is no right way to show up.
