Cinéfest Sudbury is screening TUNER starring Leo Woodall (THE WHITE LOTUS) and two-time Academy Award winner Dustin Hoffman (KRAMER VS. KRAMER and RAIN MAN) as the third film in the 2026 Cinéfest Red Carpet Patron Program. The film, which was featured in the Toronto International Film Festival’s 2025 year-end Canada’s Top Ten list, will screen at SilverCity Sudbury (Cineplex) on Wednesday, May 27 at 7pm.Niki (Leo Woodall) is a gifted young piano tuner whose heightened sense of hearing catches the attention of criminals eager to exploit his talent for opening safes. With his once-promising musical career behind him, he works across New York alongside his mentor Harry (Dustin Hoffman), encountering a range of characters—including a composition student with whom he forms an unexpected connection. As their bond deepens, it is threatened when Niki is drawn into increasingly dangerous territory. Tuner marks the first narrative feature from Academy Award–winning director Daniel Roher (NAVALNY).
