FOOD You Can Trust: Cinnamon Rolls - A Mommy and Me Healthier Living Workshop
Have you ever stood in your kitchen wondering if the food you just fed your family is quietly working against them? You're not alone — and you're not the one who got it wrong.
Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop where moms (or grandmas) and their children make cinnamon rolls together -- made with fresh milled flour and good-for-your-gut ingredients you can feel good about!
Or invite a friend and come learn together!
In this workshop, you'll learn:
✅ How to bake with freshly milled flour -- why it matters and how it nourishes your body
✅ How to make a wholesome pan of cinnamon rolls that will disappear in an instant while also nourishing your family
✅ Why "enriched" foods and synthetic folic acid can be a real problem for anyone with the MTHFR gene mutation — and what to choose instead
✅ The connection between your gut, your food, and your family's health
✅ How one small, consistent swap at a time can change everything
✅ Simple, natural ways to support your body
✅ The gut-health approach I use and trust most
You'll also go home with:
🔅 A pan of cinnamon rolls you made with real ingredients to bake at home
🔅 Detailed instructions for making it again
🔅 Ongoing support as you put what you learned into practice
🔅 A one-on-one coaching conversation, if you'd like one
🔅 Discount codes to get started
🔅 A virtual recipe book
Plus, we'll sample a few healthy snacks along the way — and yes, they're genuinely delicious.
Cost: $30 per adult (covers all ingredients and recipes for one pan of cinnamon rolls you make & bake)
Add: $10 per child (covers all ingredients and recipes for one pan of cinnamon rolls they make & bake) -- child must be accompanied by an adult
