Cinco De Mayo Street Fair and Car Show in South Phoenix

Cinco de Mayo Street Fair & Car Show in South Phoenix is a free community event with vendors, entertainment, food, community, dancing, and Lowriders.

Cinco de Mayo became a major Mexican American holiday because of Chicano activists in the 1960s. They saw Cinco de Mayo as a way to encourage Mexican Americans to celebrate their heritage.

We take this opportunity to continue this tradition in 2022 in the very unique South Phoenix community. Brought to you by Old School City located inside the historic South Plaza since 1980. 

We invite you to join us on Sunday, May 1st from 5 pm to 10 pm! 

The event will be held on Central Ave & Lynne thru 2nd Ave, the street between South Plaza and St Catherine's.
