Cinco de Mayo Dinner & Dance. Authentic Mexican meal. BYOB. Music by DJ MGee (takes requests - send me your tune requests). 5:00 PM (dinner at 5:30) in Barton Hall Auditorium. Payment due by April 22. Dinner by Pat Pasqualetto. Doors open at 5 PM. Menu: Chicken & Cheese Quesadillas with Pico de Gallo, Marinated Flank Steak & Jasmine Rice with spicy Mango/Pineapple Salsa, Mexican Street Corn (off the cob) with Cotija Cheese, Pat's "Famous" Salad, and dessert. Guests welcome. $25 per person. Open seating. Reserved tables of 8 with all names & full payment.
