The visit will include a guided tour of the live operational factory floor showcasing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Support Structures and MRS (Manufactured Reinforcement Systems) for structural concrete, followed by a presentation on how Unipart integrates digital design, manufacturing and supply chain expertise to deliver certainty and value on complex construction and infrastructure projects.
Possible Agenda
- 10:00 to 10:30 AM: Arrival, Welcome and Refreshments. Introduction to Unipart
- 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Guided Factory Tour, including MEP Support Structures, MRS structural concrete reinforcement, and a view of operational management on the factory floor
- 12:30 to 1:15 PM: Lunch and Informal Networking
- 1:15 to 2:30 PM: Presentation on Industrialising Construction at Unipart (digital design, DfMA, supply chain coordination, sustainability and decarbonisation) plus Q&A
- 2:30 to 3:00 PM: Closing Networking, followed by departure
