Eda Rhyne Distilling Co. is one of Asheville's most distinctive craft distilleries, rooted in the folk traditions and native botanicals of the Southern Appalachian Mountains. Their spirits — including an Appalachian Fernet made with aromatic WNC herbs, a smoky Amaro Oscura built around open-fire roasted rhubarb root, and a foraged Lindera Vodka made from Blue Ridge spicebush — are unlike anything you'll find anywhere else. This is a distillery that takes its sense of place seriously, and it shows in every pour.
On March 12th, Eda Rhyne joins us at Casablanca Cigar Bar for an evening of tasting and conversation at our outdoor granite table. Their team will be pouring 2–3 selections from the lineup while our cigartenders guide you through a Perdomo pairing to match. Whether you're a longtime fan of craft spirits or just starting to explore what Asheville's distilling scene has to offer, this is an evening worth showing up for.
