Cian Krueger

Channeling the roots of the classic jazz tradition, saxophonist Cian Krueger brings a new and fresh perspective to the art form. His unique sound and smooth, melodic improvisation are heavily inspired by saxophone legend Charles McPherson, with whom Cian has studied extensively. Recipient of the Sher Distinguished Musicians' full-ride scholarship at the University of Colorado Boulder, Cian continued to master his craft as a jazz musician and saxophonist under the instruction and pedagogy of Dr. John Gunther, and professors Brad Goode, Greg Gisbert, Victor Mestas, Paul McKee, Annie Booth, Altin Sencalar, and Paul Romaine, until his graduation in 2026 with a degree in Jazz Studies, awarded with highest honors.
