ORCHWA is hosting an informational session to discuss the CHW Collaborative Network, The Network is a regional collaborative and billing hub for community-based organizations with community health worker programs and services. The Network is designed to increase funding sustainability for these vital services.
The CHW Collaborative Network is regional to Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties.
With this session you will learn:

- Why would I want to participate in the CHW Collaborative Network?
