ChurchWarden training

Join us in person for the first of a series of ongoing Churchwarden Training. This practical and engaging session is designed to equip church wardens with a clearer understanding of the challenges and leadership opportunities of their role. It will consider what has become known as second chair leadership, how to understand and navigate the role of churchwarden as a leader, whilst remaining under the leadership of another. It will provide valuable guidance on the day-to-day aspects of navigating the complexities of this relationship.

Whether you're new to the role or have been serving for some time, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues, ask questions, explore best practice, and connect with fellow churchwardens from across the Diocese. Expect practical advice, useful resources, and plenty of opportunities to share experiences and learn from one another.
