As comfort important, it's advisable to bring...
✨️Thick yoga mat or garden recliner (duvet or sleeping bag fine, just something comfortable to lay on).
✨️Cushion/Pillow.
✨️Warm blanket.
✨️Comfy clothing.
✨️Socks/Slippers.
I've flocked air beds for those needing them, also spare yoga mats, blankets, cushions & eye masks for if anyone hasn't, just message prior to event & if available, I'll put them aside. Bottled mineral water will be freely given out on arrival to help you keep hydrated.
Once settled, I'll give a brief chat as to what to expect, then guide you through meditation, leading you gently into the calming sounds of the crystal singing bowls, flow chimes, koshi bells etc for you to relax & unwind.
If at any stage during the session you become uncomfortable, please put your hand up & someone will come to your aid.
Not advisable for those with serious health conditions, pacemakers, during early pregnancy or those unable to sit or lay comfortably for up to 45 minutes, if unsure, please seek guidance from a Doctor beforehand.
