Chunky Hand Knit Blanket Workshop With Wistfully Woven - Beginner Friendly!

Get ready to cozy up! Join us in person for a fun and relaxed Chunky Hand Knit Blanket Workshop led by Wistfully Woven. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to create a warm, snuggly blanket with giant yarn and big stitches. Bring your creativity, meet other knitters, and leave with a beautiful handmade blanket to keep you warm all season.

This workshop will focus on the basic knit stitch for beginners, but also offer other stitch options such as the Picture Frame Herringbone, the Switch Back Herringbone, the Ripple Weave Herringbone and the Criss Cross Herringbone - all signture stitches of Wistfully Woven!

Participants are required to bring their own yarn. I recommend skeins that are 28-32 yards in length. I recommend Be Cozi yarn (online) and you can use code Wistfully10 for a discount. Hobby Lobby's Yarn Bee Eternal Bliss, Michael's Bernat Blanket Big, and Marcynmya (Amazon) are all good brands. Your yarn must be size 7 or above. 3-4 skeins for a baby blanket, 5-6 skeins for a lap throw, or 7-8 skeins for a standard size throw.
