Chula Seafood Announces August Specials NOW AVAILABLE

The arrival of a new month means Chula Seafood is rolling out new monthly chefs’ specials! The following specials are now available at their respective locations throughout August:

Chula Uptown

Dish: Shrimp and Scallop Thai Money Bag Dumplings—Hand-made shrimp and scallop dumplings served in a fragrant lemongrass-coconut broth with galangal, fresh vegetables, herbs and steamed rice.

Chula Grayhawk (image attached)

Dish: Seafood Esquites—Roasted sweet corn sautéed with bay scallops, rock shrimp and jalapeños in a rich cotija cream sauce, finished with corn nut crumble, queso fresco, pickled red onions and lime; served with crispy tostadas.

Drinks: Grapefruit Ranch Water—A bright and refreshing cocktail featuring tequila, Pamplemousse grapefruit liquor, agave and fresh lime juice, topped with soda water and garnished with a fresh lime.

Sunset Paloma Spritz—Chula’s sparkling twist on a Paloma, this cocktail features tequila, grapefruit liquor, agave and lime juice, topped with Prosecco, finished with a splash of cherry juice and garnished with a cherry.

Chula South Scottsdale

Dish: The Yaki Bowl—Back just for the month, this guest favorite includes a choice of yellowfin tuna or salmon with charred cauliflower, smoked pineapple, avocado, edamame and house-made teriyaki sauce served on a bed of rice.

Drink: Watermelon Agua Fresca—Featuring guest’s choice of gin, vodka or tequila, house-made watermelon and mint syrup, lime juice and soda water rimmed with chamoy and Tajín. A non-alcoholic version is available as well.
