Galerie Sara Lily Perez presents Chronostasis a duo exhibition by Berlin-based artists René Wirths and Wolfgang Flad. Named after the perceptual illusion in which time momentarily seems to stop this exhibition invites viewers to experience artworks that distill the fleeting into intense stillness.

Wirths’s meticulously painted everyday objects pulse with meditative quietude. Flad’s biomorphic sculptures appear mid-metamorphosis capturing energy frozen in transformation. Together their works turn the gallery into a contemplative field of temporal expansion.
