About the Group:
Living with a chronic health condition can feel isolating, overwhelming, and exhausting—especially when symptoms aren’t visible to others. This peer discussion group is a safe, welcoming space for individuals managing chronic health challenges to connect, share experiences, and connect with one another. Held on a serene educational farm, our sessions combine community, mindfulness, and gentle interactions with animals to foster healing, grounding, and connection.

What We’ll Do:
Each session includes introductions, open sharing, and a focus on a weekly topic. Participants are encouraged to discuss strategies and experiences that have helped them manage their condition, including diet, lifestyle adjustments, energy management, navigating healthcare, and benefits. Mindfulness practices and opportunities to engage with farm animals provide additional tools for relaxation, emotional support, and grounding in the present moment.
