About this Event
The CCHS Christmas Bazaar will be a festive community event designed to bring together our students, families, faculty, alumni, and the wider Miami community in celebration of the holiday season. The event provides a platform for CCHS clubs, local businesses, and small shop owners, including those with special needs, to showcase and sell their products while supporting student initiatives and fostering community engagement.

Setup Guidelines
Info: • Vendors must arrive 1 hour and 30 minutes before the event (8:00–9:00 a.m.) to allow sufficient time for setup and must remain open for the entire event. • Booth spaces in Brother Kevin Court (Basketball Gym) measure 8 ft. × 8 ft., while booth spaces in the Marcus Lemonis & Mario Sueiras Center for Science & the Arts (L Building) and outdoors measure 8 ft. × 6 ft. • Vendors must provide their own table(s) and chair(s). Tables may not exceed 8 ft.in length. • Outdoor vendors may bring one tent no larger than 8 ft. × 8 ft. • Information regarding electricity, including instructions for requesting an outlet, will be emailed prior to the event. Electrical access cannot be guaranteed but requests will be accommodated whenever possible based on availability.

Event Expectations
Info: • Vendors are expected to remain open and staffed for the entire duration of the event.
• Early breakdown is NOT permitted without prior authorization from event coordinator.

Cleanup Responsibilities
Info: • Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area and removing all materials, trash, and merchandise at the end of the event (between 2:00PM - 3:00PM).
• Booth spaces must be left in the same condition as they were found.

Departure
Info: • Vendors may not depart until cleanup is complete and approved by event staff during the final walkthrough.
