Danny Jordan and Eric Petersen, hosts of the #1 Christmas podcast in the world, Christmas Countdown, are coming back to count down their favorite things about Christmas, as well as host nostalgic games and contests, so make sure to wear your ugliest Christmas sweater and bring your "A-game" for a chance to win a prize! Follow them on Instagram (@christmascountdownshow) to learn more about the massively merry activities they have in store for the show.
Local favorites the Mountain Marvelettes will grace the stage again to sing all your favorite Christmas classics, accompanied by acclaimed Big Bear pianist and California Music Hall of Fame inductee, Mike Cross.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will join the City Council as they lead the countdown to the lighting of the Christmas tree, followed by a festive set from Western Standard Time Ska Orchestra, featuring Jesse Wagner of The Aggrolites. This Los Angeles based big band has performed and recorded with world renown artists, including Michael Bublé, Brian Setzer, and Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band. They will be performing songs from their Christmas album “Bluebeat Holiday”, as well as a selection of their original music.
Immediately following the ceremony, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available to visit with children and take festive photos.
