Parksville firefighters will host a Christmas tree chipping charity event on Sunday, January 4 from 10 am to 2 pm in the Wembley Mall parking lot. Parksville Fire Rescue members will offer Christmas tree chipping and disposal with a cash donation to the Parksville Firefighters Association Charitable Fund. This fund supports a variety ofcommunity projects during the year. Huge thanks to Bartlett Tree Experts for their donation of tree chipper and staff again this year so every cent donated will support the firefighters’ fundraising efforts. https://www.parksvillefirerescue.ca/events
