Come and join in an evening of TaiChi and Qigong music and dance ,and meet new friends and have a good evening with Lisa Kay. Location: Furrough cross church hall. Torquay
A series of gentle physical exercises and stretches with each posture naturally flowing into the next,ensuring that your body is in constant motion.TaiChi is sometimes described as Meditation in motion because it provides serenity through gentle movements connecting mind and body it enhances body awareness, balance coordination strength and flexibility
Chinese tea /coffee break, small starter food provided. Please bring snacks to share. After break. Live music is provided by Kitty Puss string band who play old time American music from the Appalachian region of the USA.
